How to commission a bespoke print or artwork:
Bespoke commissions are all designed and made in our studio and workshop in the west of Ireland. We design to your brief. This could be something entirely new or a customised colourway from our collection. Bespoke commissions include a design fee as we will produce drawings for your review and make revisions until we get it right.
Timeline
Every commission has a design lead time as well as a production lead time. Depending on the size and scale of the project this can vary between days and weeks and will be discussed with you at the point of enquiry. We generally work to an 8-week lead time from receipt of a deposit but have been known to make and deliver pieces more quickly when a client has needed us to. If you need your commission delivered by a particular date please state this clearly at the point of enquiry and we'll be happy to help.
Costs
The cost of our work is determined by the materials and the time it takes to make each project. Because you’re buying directly from our workshop we don’t ask you to pay a retail markup. Once a design and material palette is agreed upon we’ll create a quotation for your approval. After approval, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to secure the production slot in the workshop and the remaining 50% when the piece is ready to leave us and be delivered to you.
Delivery:
We offer varying delivery and installation options depending on the nature of the commission and your requirements. For a small fee, we happily conduct site visits to gather the access information needed for a smooth delivery. The delivery price can be calculated once we have an idea of the scale of the commission, based on the delivery address and level of service you require.

We enjoy working with interior designers, architects and brands to collaborate to produce designs which someone else can make. This work is enhanced by our skills and experience in manufacturing and craft.
Most recently this has included handmade wallpapers, fabrics, stationery, and ceramics. We are always drawn to projects with a strong emphasis on nature and sustainability.
Recently we have collaborated with Ben Thompson Studio, London and Etsy, USA and Princeton Architectural Press.

Strategic design consultancy is a collaborative and creative process we enjoy. Brands, organizations and creative companies come to us with projects that require new creative energy, an empathetic outsiders point of view and a refocus on sustainability.
We work from building a brief through to project completion. Our process often involves creative workshops with team members. We want our clients to expand their ideas, think differently, and in turn innovate for their clients, customers and visitors.
