WHAT IS THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME SUPERFOLK?
The name Superfolk is the bringing together of the words super and folk, the idea being a convergence of traditional and contemporary. The word super stands for the idea of the fantastical or hyper, an exaggerated normal. Where as folk embodies everything we respect about material heritage and craft culture.
CAN WE VISIT YOUR WORKSHOP SPACE?
Unfortunately not. At the moment we can only invite press, photographers and writers to visit our workshop and studio. We don’t have a retail space or fully public workshop right now but hopefully we will some time in the future.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SUPERFOLK PRODUCT.
We build our products to last but that still means that you should care for them. If you would like to learn more we can share further Care Instructions directly with you by email.

I SEE YOUR DOG WOODY A LOT ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES, WHAT KIND OF DOG IS HE?
Woody is a Weimaraner and yes he loves to strut and pose, Weimaraners are lovely breed of dog and have a great temperment . Oh and if you like dogs as much as we do you might just love this and we can't get enough of this.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. Placing an order with Superfolk is simple. Once you have seen an item on the site that you like, simply hit the add to cart button.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order with Superfolk is simple. Once you have seen an item on the site that you like, simply hit the add to cart button. You will be redirected to the shopping basket, if you would like to order more items, simply select the continue shopping button. If you are ready to checkout, hit the checkout button, where you will be guided through our simple checkout process. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO DISPATCH?
Our commitment is for orders to leave our studio within 48 hours. All goods on our website are made by hand and sometimes there may be a short wait until more products can be made. Providing your items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order to you within 48hours. If items are out of stock (during a busy period) we will get in touch with you immediately and with your agreement we will aim to ship them within 14 days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Within Ireland shipping time is usually within 3 days. To the U.K. it is usually 3-5 days. For further afield it can take longer. If you want to know more please visit our shipping page for full information.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Shipping costs will vary based on the items you order, but start as low as €5. Please visit our shipping page for full information.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you have supplied. If for any reason this does not arrive please please e-mail us on email@example.com
BUT WAIT, I LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND! DO YOU REALLY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can ship internationally, and that includes New Zealand. For full details please visit our shipping page for full information.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you would like a refund and we will help you with the return. Please let us know within 7 days that you would like a refund or if the goods are damaged or faulty. Please see our Shipping and Returns Page for more.
